Welcome Fall!

Fall the season that teaches us that change can be beautiful!

I confess, Summer has always been my favorite Season, but I am afraid to say it’s no longer. The magic of Fall is gaining my heart. Fall is not only one of the most beautiful seasons, but it is the season that we can learn much from. We see the leaves turning yellow, red, bringing that magic that only autumn can bring. For so many years I caught myself thinking about this sentence, and the power that it has in our life.

It just depends on how we see it. For example, last year was very hard for Dustin & I. We went through so many things, we lived in four different states, packed our belongings and went into the unknown. Changes can be scary sometimes, and a year later, we saw that everything happened for our good. We are happy to look back and see that we didn’t surrender to our fear. We fought with faith and love, knowing that the best was yet to come.

Besides the self-reflection, Fall is also a great season to explore. Look how pretty the fall foliage covering the ground. Fall in Brazil is not remarkable like this, at least where I live. We don’t have the pleasure of seeing the leaves change in various tones of yellow, orange, and red. One of the things that I also love to do, is to drive around and see the vivid colors.

Fall is a great time to explore the pumpkin patch and apple orchard. Talking about the pumpkin patch, this picture above was my first time visiting it. Look my big smile, it was breathtaking! We had corn in the cob, apple cider, and I also brought home caramel popcorn. I couldn’t resist! We also went apple picking, bought some organic apples in which Dustin baked an apple pie for us. It was delicious!

This year I am looking to explore more the Fall activities here on East Coast. I will tell you guys later!
